Defensive Back Trey Keenan Named Player of the Game

In last Saturday’s game against the Show in Milwaukee, Trey Keenan pulled down two interceptions and ran one back for a touchdown. These actions earned Keenan the George “Juice” Hall Player of the Game award.

Keenan has been with the Pioneers since 2017 and has loved each moment of it. Keenan was approached by long time Pioneer linebacker Jay Pearson to play for the Pioneers. The team became a family to Keenan and has earned his loyalty.

Reflecting on the award, Keenan says the thought of getting a game award named for Hall brings tears to his eyes. “Juice was like an uncle to me. When I was hurt, he regularly checked up on me. He never gave up on me and I’ll never give up on this team.”

Congratulations Trey Keenan on being named Player of the Game. We cannot wait to see what you do next.
